Troubleshooting • Repo no longer has a Release file.

I am getting the following error when trying to update my pi.

'sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y'

E: The repository 'http://httpredir.debian.org/debian buster-backports Release' no longer has a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.

my /etc/apt/sources.list looks like this:

deb http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian/ buster main contrib non-free rpi
# Uncomment line below then 'apt-get update' to enable 'apt-get source'
# deb-src http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian/ buster main contrib non-free rpi


I even tried switching over to the Debian repos and I am getting the same thing.

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster main contrib non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-backports main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security/ buster/updates main contrib non-free

Is this repo currently down? Or what can I do to fix this?
