complete newbie here. We are going through the setting up of a PI3+ board for a Freenove project with my son.
We managed to go through the first steps pretty easily, installing the OS with the imager, accessing the board with SSH, enabling VNC on the board with raspi-config. I installed RealVNC viewer on my computer and tried to connect to the board, but I never reached the window asking for username/password. After a while I am getting the message "timed out waiting for a response from the computer". It looks like the VNC server is really running on the board. After multiple research on internet and on this forum, I am stuck.
Any guidance to troubleshoot my issue will be welcome.
