Personally, I do not use Box86 / Box64 or WINE, but I do use DOSBox.

Yes, I can play Grand Prix 4 on my RPi 4 (4GB RAM) thanks to wine and box64. In particular, the update from this past weekend made magic for this game. I guess that update fixed a few issues with Grand Prix 4.
