Recently a security researcher shared information regarding a new vulnerability affecting DNS, named dnsbomb, this was been corrected in dnsmasq and the community would benefit from having the latest version.
Aside from that I'm a bit puzzled.
Looking at the configuration file from a fresh purge and fresh install, stop-dns-rebind is absent.... why is this?
https://manpages.debian.org/bookworm/dn ... .8.en.html <-- it's present in the documentation.
Best regards
