Beginners • Are these peripherals available for Raspberry Pi 4 or above as of now?

I’ve learned it’s good to have options when it comes to video games. Especially when it comes to emulated video games.
I need to know if the following devices/drives/input ports are currently and reliably supported as of today (6/7/2024)
Midi
CD/DVD/BVD
LCD
Composite/component
Replacement controller ports from Sega Saturn via SETA cable
