Which variant of Logitech Brio is your webcam? Can it actually produce YUYV or other raw format at 1080p30? USB2 webcams can't as there is insufficient bandwidth on that interface (124Mbytes/s required, or nearly 1Gbit/s, vs theoretical max 480Mbit/s on USB2) Having to receive MJPEG and transcode will be an extra overhead.
