I have created a simple monitoring tool for RPis:

It consists of two files (or three, if you count a config).
Most of the other monitoring recommended don the forums requires some external (cloud) service that is often paid and the price depends on number of devices you want to monitor. My tool is as simple as possible and although it covers only basic metrics, it can be easily extended. This is just a first, quick version.
