It's difficult to tell from your link what type of drive interface it uses and what power supplies it needs. If it needs 5V and 12V then you will need an externally powered USB-to-"its interface". If its a 5V only SATA device then a USB-to-SATA interface might work depending upon the exact model of Raspberry Pi you have.
