This seems to be a limitation in libinput, on which Wayfire and Labwc both depend for their HID inputs.Tried that…it won’t assign a touch screen to each display. It assigns both to a single display. When I try to assign it to the other it automatically assigns both to that monitor. Could it be that they are the same brand and model? I don’t know how to rename them to differentiate.
~/.config/wayfire.ini or .config/labwc/rc.xml stores the name of the input device, which often doesn't include any form of bus identifier for USB HIDs. That means AFAIK there is no easy way to assign it to an output.

I think that first link is the most appropriate, but I've not followed it through.
I do have 2 identical touchscreens, so I may try to find 2 minutes to see if there is an obvious solution.
