Or do anyone here still believe that I am responsible for the failures and it is not a problem with the Pi 5's themselves?

I still think your power supply is the problem. You have shown it reaching nearly 6V.

I have 2x Pi5 both with official 5A power supplies bought atlaunch without issue.
