I have purchased a raspbery pi 400 in order to use a PI2SCART on a CRT monitor to watch old school anime.
Since connecting that gadget to a scart CRT produced a flickering screen, I decided to first boot to HDMI and see if it actually works. However, nothing is displayed when I connect the display to the HDMI output of the pi.
I have of course wiped the OS multiple times to no avail. I have added arguments on the edit file to no avail either.
Please help. The monitor is a 2017 ASUS PC monitor. I can use other HDMI devices on it fine.
