That's a bit above me. It seems that it can't read EDID, cmdline.txt and other files.
Does your boot partition contain *.dtb, bootcode.bin, *.dat, initramfs8, kernel8.img, *elf, config.txt, initramfs_2712, kernel_2712.img and overlays dir?

It works for me like that:
I used GPpartEd and created the smallest FAT16 partition (16MB) which contains autoboot.txt file only (no additional partition flags) and copied working boot (also FAT) and root partitions.
