I have tested the script that produces a ts file and it is playable as soon as it exists and it is possible to pause and jump within the file in the player while it is being downloaded.Alternatively some way to save the stream additionally to a ts type file while the download is being done and then when all is successfully concluded fix the mp4 file and delete the ts file.
If an interruption happens then the ts file would at least be playable using VLC even if the web viewer fails.
But it is 50% larger in size so I want to rather have the mp3 file.
I also have observed that running the download script on an RPi4 seems to be iffy, it fails a lot and produces videos with freezes inside.
Seems that an RPi5 is better at this....
But I only have one RPi5 and it is used for other things.
