I was getting same err in journalctl -p err ~ every 3 hours, every 10-12 days my headless rPi5 stopped responding. Only power reset recovered rPi5

I followed an advice in the in the post to disable CQE:
viewtopic.php?t=367459

If you encounter a problem, you can disable CQE by editing /boot/firmware/config.txt and adding the line:
dtparam=sd_cqe=off
Almost 3 days passed and no single err regarding CQE recovery...
