I was able to pass the "fatal firmware error" with recovery firmware procedure.
The led error code changed in 3|4 (RP1 not found), so after a little research i found out it is probably physical damage so i checked all the board and find this:

I think there is a clear "missing something" (resistor?) in the middle that probably i removed while i applyied some force to remove an heatspreader.
So RPI5 became RIP5.
PS: I'm sure there are men in the world that would fix this with some awesome soldering skill and couple bucks, but i was already thinking to upgrade to a minipc for Home Assistant, so i think it is time.
