1. it doesnt mention nmtui
2. what it describes there is not how every router assigns static ip (directly by dhcp),
mine just sets dhcp distribution for 192.168.0.100+ (changeable) to dynamic,
then I can use 2-99 to static if I do it manually in Linux in ipv4 settings.
I have used dhcp to set static on other routers but this one doesnt seem to have it.
