i assume a PI4.
solid red = power supply good.
1) remove all media, power up. you should get the diagnostic display as shown in this photo.
- if not, check your video cabling.
are you using the official power supply? if not, that can be an issue try burning a SD card (hopefully a spare) with a new install. I'd use the "legacy" with desktop and apps. That is Bullseye, the older version, which is a bit more forgiving with displays
