Hey, thanks for your suggestion. I've tried to re-flash the OS before with types of Raspbian OS, Ubuntu and Linux. It works on Ubuntu and Linux but not Raspbian OS. What type of info do you need?The root account has no password.
Can't say why you're seeing this without more info from you.
If there is nothing you need to keep on the SD card just reflash it with RPiOS.
If there is stuff you need to keep, boot from another SD card with a clean RPiOS desktop installed, connect the broken SD card in a card reader and recover the stuff you need.
