I'm sure I missed something here but I've just tried to set up a Pi 4 B as a provisioning server using https://github.com/raspberrypi/cmprovision installing Bookworm 64-bit Lite, and following the instructions, which are very simple and end with:

...except that I can't, there's no Wifi SSID being broadcast and if I try to set an SSID & password via rpi-config it reports "there was an error running S1 Wireless Lan" and spits out "Error: No network with SSID 'cmprovision' found.You can now access the web interface with a web browser on the wireless LAN IP address.
