why would i think so?
you can make easy measurements with a Bluetooth Meter and it will tell you probably that even when turned "off" there is still considerate amount of RF-frequency emitted; have seen so in several Bluetooth gadgets like "soundbar" etc. so thats why i m thinking it would be that way and probably not safe running 24/h.
am not a professional, but its a fair assessment.
besides, wifi is used for spying on users, speak wi-fi senssing, but it is being sold as commodity. for the company to "use" it , even without tacit approval of the user, it would be needed to operate continuously, my guess.
