Noticed that the board becomes very hot just below the cpu. If I remove the cooler, then it only stays on for 5 seconds.
So I think it is a heating issue.
I noticed that one of the capacitors are a bit discolored:And just after power on it does indeed heat up:So, I think it may be a shorted capacitor. Also because the core current seems high even at minimal load.
