I want to setup the RPI 3B+ for fastest possible boot for the purpose of showing a video stream from an RTSP H.264 network camera.
The RPI will be connected with ethernet.
However, I also want a keyboard to work, possibility to use SSH, and to have WiFi. However, these three may be initialzed, start working, after the video started showing.
Also, for test purposes, I want to be able to get the RTSP stream via WiFi when the camera, in the test environmnet, doesn't have ethernet connection.
Is there some guide, or some guides for setting this up?
