Troubleshooting • Pi not booting

Hi I got a rasberry pi 5 and it not booting.
I have installed a fresh os install using pi imager. It has no hdmi output after os is loaded the fans try to spin twice then the green light just flashes. Steady flash
When on no sd card in hdmi output is their.
