I am not using any Imager app, I am using Terminal commands to write the OS and configure the ssh and userconfig.txt file. This is how I have always done it. I hope they haven't ruined this method with excessive worrying.
No idea. I do know the first run stuff changed with the latest trixie images but I have no idea if that stopped all of the old ways from working.
