Thanks, you were right with the "Lorenz 96" issues.Run ejolson's Pi Chart to check it is stable. I've found the Lorenz 96 benchmark in pichart-openmp to be a good test for overclocking a Pi 5. The Pi can appear to be working at 3GHz with other apps but will reliably fail the Lorenz 96 benchmark. Increasing the voltage will fix it so it isn't a problem with Pi Chart.I have read that 3000MHz is maximal, and that 4GB Pi5 is faster than 8GB Pi5.
It seems I was really lucky in chip lottery, 8GB was sold out so I got 4GB Pi5.
And no problems running with 3000MHz for all weekend:Code:

And after increasing voltage I got new best Raspberry Pi ratio of 66.9 and requested addition (default frequency Pi5 entry shows 58.3):
