What if you remove .wrap not jmp pin low?
I believe you are getting confused on the instruction we are referring to: there is no "jmp pin low" (conditional), but "jmp low" (unconditional).
"jmp low" and ".wrap" are equivalent in that SM, they just mean "go back to the start". And this is the whole point of the original question, which is now solved: they are indeed equivalent.
Great! Honestly that was a mistake, I meant to write jmp low. But great, glad you got it going. So, why wasn't it working before?
I see what you're saying, the instructions have the same effect in this case. However, I'm sure we all understand they do operate differently under the hood. The .wrap doesn't use a cycle, since it's not an instruction but a directive. They are different but in this case you get the same result. Right? Thanks!
