The bypass cap on the MMA8451QR1 isn't correct. You've put it on pin 13 which is NC but it should be on pin 2 BYP.

I wouldn't leave MMA8451QR1 SA0 floating. The datasheet doesn't say if it is safe to leave it floating.

Is this a personal project or something you're trying to sell? MMA8451QR1 is obsolete and no longer manufactured.
