Correct, this is the beta testing section.
You're in a beta testing section of the forum, and the Trixie version was oddly beta tested in here.
However, in the Pi OS section, there is zero written about a release.
You can see the consistency in other products release / new info. Not so with PiOS. One rambling blog post, about the Trixie stable / release, it's hardly good documentation.
Hopefully my alternative perspective, will give someone there something to think about.
