Oh, I’m getting it now, so there are compatible devices.

Final control software:
Home Assistant
OpenHAB
Domoticz

Possible firmware:
Tasmota

Possible apps to install the firmware:
Esptool.py
Tasmotizer
ESPHome-Flasher
Arduino IDE

Popular boards:
ESP32 (WiFi-BT 1core)
ESP8266 (WiFi 2core)

Possible USB flash adapter:
DSD TECH SH-U09C

I found two options, but I’d like to know what you all think:

SONOFF S31 Lite 15A (ESP8266)
(Needs to be flashed)
https://sonoff.tech/product/smart-plugs/s31-s31lite/
https://tasmota.github.io/docs/devices/Sonoff-S31/

Martin Jerry MJ-V06 10A (ESP32)
(Already flashed with Tasmota)
https://www.amazon.com/TASMOTA-Martin-J ... r=8-2&th=1

And after checking if the smart plugs are compatible, I'll use a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8GB of RAM to install Home Assistant as the server for all the smart plugs.

Thanks
