To the best of my knowledge, those temperatures would be outside the spec'd range. HOWEVER, anecdotal evidence is such that it should be just fine. There was an early Pi that was being used to monitor penguins in Antarctica. The Pi was working just fine until the batteries powering it froze...at -42'C. One poster wanted to use Pis at cryogenic temperatures. Lacking data, he tested it. IIRC, the Pi failed at around -100'C when the capacitors on the board went too far out of spec.

So... The temps you're looking at shouldn't be an issue for the Pi. You best course is to run tests and probably run tests to temps well below what you think you're going to encounter, say -20'C or so.
