Both python3-opencv and python3-picamera2 are available for RasPiOS Bookworm as debian packages, and can be installed via apt. You don't need a python virtual environment to install or use them.

Thank you for providing those links, they were very helpful. I've been trying to look for any solutions for this other error that has been appearing:I think it's the circular dependency but I don't understand how fix it.
